John Hamilton – President
John has more than twenty years of software engineering and service industry experience. He has significant international experience from working in both the Asia-Pacific and European regions. In addition to his support management knowledge, John has a well-rounded background from managing engineering, quality control, and training organizations. He successfully re-engineered a number of large support operations – increasing their efficiency and elevating their service to world class. He has also developed RFP’s for selecting support automation technology and managed the implementation of the tools, creating a quick return on investment for support operations.
Greg Coleman – Vice President, Strategic Programs
Greg Coleman has over twenty years of experience in the high technology service field. As a principal partner and vice president of strategic programs for Service Strategies Corporation, Greg was instrumental in developing the Service Capability & Performance (SCP) Standards, including the SCP Support, Field Service, Professional Service and eService Standards. Greg has worked with industry sponsors and participating companies to deploy the standards globally. Greg has conducted in depth certification audits and consulting engagements with leading technology service organizations around the world.
Ben Stephens – Vice President, Service Delivery
Ben Stephens has over twenty years experience in the Information Technology industry, as a consultant, manager, and director. He has an extensive consulting background in developing and implementing new support models, support center assessments, and selecting and implementing support tools. Ben is a senior SCP auditor and has conducted certification audits worldwide. Ben is also a successful trainer and course developer, delivering customer service skills and support center management training courses to the support industry. Ben has spoken at numerous support conferences and has published several articles on the support industry.
David Licosati – Vice President, Sales
David has more than twenty years professional experience, including more than fifteen years in the high-technology industry. David comes to Service Strategies from InoStor/Tandberg Data Corp., where he was co-founder and vice president of business development. During his tenure he created an international technology licensing business and successfully launched several new products through OEMs and channel partners. Prior to that he was co-founder and executive vice president of LAND-5 Corporation, a storage area network and network attached storage solutions developer, where he helped transition the company from a niche startup to a multinational organization. David earned his BA in Business Administration from the University of San Diego.
