Program Outline
The "Live Online" Accent Reduction Training program is a complete package that includes the very basics of accent starting from unit sounds and including pronunciation and intonation.

Arrow Sounds, Pronunciation and Intonation are the three core modules covering the communication essentials.

Arrow The Listening and Comprehension Modules help ensure smooth & meaningful two way communication.

Arrow The Fluency and Rate of Speech Modules improve fluency and listening clarity.

Arrow The Phone and Email Etiquette Modules assist the staff in putting their learning to use.

Program Delivery
The Live Online program consists of forty (40) hours of training delivered via twenty (20) two-hour, live online sessions. The training program is most effective with between ten and twelve agents online. The online sessions are delivered through advanced web conferencing tools and the clients' voice conferencing system.

Trainers
Service Strategies Asia Pacific trainers are experienced language tutors with Asian cultural backgrounds and distinct global accents. They combine both their skills as trainers with the personal example of their own effective accent modification to send a powerful message to the trainees – “If I can do it, you can too”.
