The Team Leadership Virtual Course is a practical leadership development program built specifically for team leaders, supervisors, and managers who need to develop the skills to build and sustain high-performing teams. Delivered across three 90-minute instructor-led virtual sessions spread over one week, the course covers team development stages, situational leadership strategies, effective feedback techniques, and structured coaching for performance issues. Each session includes focused pre-work activities — including an online Strategic Leadership Assessment with an immediate tailored report and a reading from Coaching For Improved Work Performance, included with registration.

Upon completion, participants have the option to engage in a private 30-minute coaching session with the instructor to apply the material directly to their own team environment and refine essential leadership skills.
