Wind River EMEA Earns Certification Under the Prestigious Service Capability & Performance (SCP) Standards

Certification Recognises Wind River for Delivering Top Quality Support

Maidenhead, United Kingdom, 25 January 2008 – Wind River Systems, Inc., (NASDAQ:WIND), the global leader in Device Software Optimization (DSO), announced today that its EMEA Support team has achieved certification under the prestigious Service Capability & Performance (SCP) Standards. Wind River achieved certification under the SCP Support Standard after an extensive audit of their EMEA customer support organisation, which includes offices in France, the UK, Sweden, Italy, Germany and Israel. The SCP Standards quantify the effectiveness of customer support based upon a stringent set of performance standards and represent best practices in the industry.

The Service Capability & Performance (SCP) Standards are designed to improve the quality and effectiveness of support, field service and professional service and eservice operations.
