Webinar Series Features Innovative Practices for Technology Services

Webinars Offer Best Practices Presentations from Leading Service Organizations

San Diego, CA (November 17, 2009) – Service Strategies Corporation, the leading provider of industry standards, training, consulting and certification programs for customer service and support, today announced a new best practice webinar series. Held monthly, the complimentary webinars offer service professionals an opportunity to learn about the innovative practices employed by industry leading organizations.
