Service Strategies Corporation Announces Milestone for Industry Leading Service Management Training and Certification Program

Over 3000 Service Leaders Worldwide Now Certified

SCP Career CertificationSan Diego, CA (June 19, 2014) – Service Strategies Corporation, a leading provider of training and certification for service professionals, today announced that over 3,000 service leaders have earned the Certified Support Manager (CSM) and Certified Field Service Manager (CFSM) credentials by successfully completing the company’s intensive service management training courses. The CSM and CFSM credentials represent the management level component of the Service Capability & Performance (SCP) Career Certification framework, which includes additional courses for professionals at all levels within service organizations. Graduates include managers and executives from companies in over 21 countries. Service managers from industry leading companies such as GE, Dell Computers, EMC, HP, Honeywell, McAfee, McKesson, NetApp, Oracle, Symantec, and many others have successfully completed the training.

Created by Service Strategies and executives from throughout the global service and support community, the certification courses provide a focused curriculum that addresses the unique issues facing service leaders. More than fifty executives from leading global service organizations participated in the creation of the curriculum and continue to contribute to ongoing revisions and improvements.
